Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted when using Sprapp, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, store, share, or distribute:
- Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic. This is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate content: Sexual or intimate imagery of real persons created or shared without their consent, including AI-generated deepfakes
- Violent or terrorist content: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or violent extremism
- Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Malware and exploits: Code, instructions, or configurations designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems
- Fraud and deception: Content designed to defraud, deceive, or scam others, including phishing templates and social engineering scripts
- Personal information: Unauthorized sharing of others' private information (doxxing)
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Gain unauthorized access: Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
- Scrape or harvest data: Systematically extract data from the Service through automated means without written permission
- Denial of service: Overwhelm or attempt to overwhelm the Service's infrastructure through excessive requests or attacks
- Spam: Generate or distribute unsolicited bulk messages or promotional content
- Circumvent restrictions: Bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication, or other security measures
- Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract our models, except as permitted by applicable law
- Resell without authorization: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
3. AI-Specific Restrictions
3.1 Disinformation and Manipulation
- Do not generate false news, fake scientific papers, fabricated reviews, or other disinformation intended to mislead the public
- Do not create deceptive content designed to manipulate elections, public opinion, or financial markets
- Do not generate content that falsely claims to be written by a specific real person
3.2 Safety Circumvention
- Do not attempt to bypass or override the safety measures, content filters, or usage policies of our models or of Sprappy Filter
- Do not craft prompts designed to extract harmful, dangerous, or prohibited content ("jailbreaking")
- Do not use personas or training data to instruct a model to ignore its safety guidelines
3.3 Impersonation
- Do not configure agents to impersonate real individuals without their consent
- Do not present AI-generated content as human-created where the distinction matters (academic submissions, legal filings, professional certifications)
- Do not deceive users into believing they are interacting with a human
3.4 High-Risk Applications
The Service is not designed for and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions in:
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Legal advice or judicial decisions
- Financial investment decisions
- Autonomous weapon systems or military targeting
- Critical infrastructure control
- Hiring, firing, or other employment decisions
4. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
- We may impose rate limits on API requests, hosted inference, training jobs, and other actions
- Excessive use that degrades the experience for others may be throttled
- Automated use (scripts, integrations) must respect rate limits and include appropriate delays
- Free-tier usage is subject to the limits published for that tier
5. Training Data and Published Agents
- You must have the rights to any persona, examples, or dataset you submit for training, and they must comply with this AUP.
- Agents you publish to the Marketplace must comply with this AUP and must not infringe third-party rights.
- We may remove, disable, or refuse to list any adapter or agent that violates this policy, and may suspend creators who repeatedly violate it.
- You are responsible for the behavior and outputs of agents you train and publish.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action
- Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
- Feature restriction: Disabling specific features (e.g., training, marketplace publishing) while maintaining basic access
- Permanent termination: Permanent deletion of your account and revocation of all access
- Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or legal proceedings for severe violations
7. Privacy and Data Responsibilities
- On-device chat stays on your device: Public chat runs in your browser on our models; that conversation content is not sent to us.
- Hosted services: When you use hosted inference, training, or the marketplace, we process only what is needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- No third-party LLM providers: Inference runs on our own models; we do not route your prompts to third-party LLM providers. Web search, when enabled, sends your query to Exa for cited results.
- Your responsibility: Do not submit others' private or sensitive information as training data or prompts without authorization.
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to:

- A description of the violation
- The identifier of the content in question (if applicable)
- Screenshots or other evidence (if available)
- Your contact information (for follow-up)
We review all reports and aim to respond within 48 hours. Reports involving CSAM or imminent threats are prioritized and escalated immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
